Quiet and well-appointed rooms with efficient heat pumps and a small kitchenette were ideal for a few days while on holiday. However, the highlight of my stay was the barbecue area in the garden. It was the perfect place to relax and have a get-together with friends, just like hosting a backyard party. The experience was truly delightful.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in New Plymouth and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was great, as it was situated near the city center and within walking distance to the beach. This made it very convenient to explore the town and enjoy the coastal walkway. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I was also pleased to find that the hotel offered Sky TV with 50+ channels and a good internet connection, allowing me to relax and stay connected during my stay. The room itself was well-equipped with a kitchen that had high-quality utensils and appliances, making it feel like a home away from home.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in New Plymouth.

As a young family, we loved the convenient location near the main road and close to the city centre. The proximity to shopping centres, the beach, and coastal walkway made it easy for us to explore and enjoy outdoor activities like running, walking, and cycling. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and daily laundry service. The owners, Paul and Sharyn, were fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

A delightful experience, having Flambé cooked at my table by the maître d'. The barbecue area in the garden was perfect for a get-together with friends. Taranaki offered plenty of adventure and fun, just what I needed for a few days on holiday.

I was absolutely thrilled to have no power in the kitchen and a sparking electrical system. It really added some excitement to my stay.

The Owner was warm and welcoming...room was a good size and had all facilities I needed...Car parking was quite tight to get in and out of the space!

The hotel’s proximity to the city center is among its best features. You can easily find restaurants, eating places, and shops within walking distance. This convenience is a plus for travelers who want to explore the city and local food. You can also head to the nearby park to enjoy the Festival of Lights.

The rundown facilities in the room affected my stay. The bed springs were worn out and made disturbing sounds each time I moved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were well maintained, clean and had good facilities. The kitchenette area was the perfect size, the amount of storage space was surprising. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The location is also excellent with transportation and some eating places within walking distance.

Windows were so clean that it was difficult to see if the sliding door was open or closed. One of us walked into a closed sliding door & knocked head - chest. Need to have a strip or some other means of indicating that the door is closed

Easy and stress-free accommodation in a great location. The amenities were adequate for our needs and we appreciated being able to prepare basic meals in our room. The on-site parking was convenient and the modern TV was a nice touch. Checking in and out was straightforward.

The price could have been a bit more competitive for the holiday period, but we were able to check in on a holiday which was a plus. , the room could have been a bit more spacious and the bathroom sink could have had more space for toiletries.

This place was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable! The room was quiet, even with partially open windows. The immaculate spa pool had clear water. It was easy to find, in a great location, and the room was off the road, ensuring no noise from neighboring units. The room itself was jaw-droppingly huge with high ceilings, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The bathroom was extremely spacious too. The beds were super comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The location was excellent, with supermarkets and takeaway outlets just a 5-minute walk away. an incredibly satisfying stay that exceeded all expectations with free wi-fi, free parking, and ample storage. We will definitely be returning in the future.
